M’s Granite Creek Convertible Pants
June 14, 2011 in Gear Reviews
My first review from the product line of Mountain Khaki’s is their Granite Creek Convertible’s. They are perfect for the seasons here in Northwest Florida. Rain or shine, these pants fit well into my wardrobe. My biggest factor when picking out a pair of pants especially for fishing is versatility. With the zip-off legs, it makes packing easy and much lighter for a trek into the middle of nowhere. I only need to bring one pair and it will cover all of my bases. Whether it be swimming, hiking, fishing, boating, or just plain lounging around. Besides the zip-off legs, they dry quickly and have many secure pockets. Comparing these to others pants out there, I would say these are much more durable. They are lightweight, but lightweight to the point that they can still withhold the elements. Besides versatility, I rank comfort. I had absolutely no problem with comfort. I could sleep in these bad boys! A full day on the river with these pants and some Hyjack water shoes from Korkers, you will definitely be in heaven! They come in many sizes and colors, so shoot over to MountainKhakis.com and show them some love! You’ll get what you pay for.
